1. Send email to [email protected] with your question or detailed request including part number, color, quantity. You can check website www.follettled.com for details.

2. We will send you proforma invoice with details of each product and the total cost for your confirmation. You can email us with any changes or direcly confirm the PI.

3. You pay the total PI and send us bank copy, we will arrange production at once.

4. Production time is 5-20days for different products with different quantity, we will confirm with you the delivery date, shipping invoice and tracking number before delivery.

5. DHL send the goods to you 3-5days, and you check the goods to make sure everything is OK.
